On posts, we previously showed Organic shares as a single number. That metric is still called Organic shares, but now it includes Reposts too — and when you hover, you’ll see the full breakdown. So you can spot which accounts consistently earn shares, which posts trigger the “send to a friend” reflex, and how that sharing actually happens.

A high skip rate is your cue to revisit the opening frame, pacing, caption, or payoff — while a lower skip rate means you’re earning attention early and giving the algorithm (and your audience) a reason to stick around.

• Fixed likes showing as NaN on Facebook: Some likes were displaying as “NaN” in the hashtags table. You’ll now see clean, accurate numbers where they belong.
• Message stream now follows date filters: Timezone mismatches were letting off-range messages sneak in. Date filtering now works reliably across all time zones.
• Calendar + button restored for collaborators: Collaborators couldn’t see the + button to add content. It’s now visible and working as expected for all roles.
• Duplicate post publishing issue resolved: A small number of accounts were seeing posts go out twice. The glitch is fixed, no more accidental doubles.
• LinkedIn comment threads display correctly now: Comments from “Private User” accounts were breaking thread logic. Threads now stay properly ordered, no matter the commenter.

• Instagram DMs ghosted? Not anymore: Some accounts weren’t seeing their DMs due to a hiccup in how we handled platform data. We fixed the issue, and your inbox feels whole again.
• Collaborators can’t sneak past approvals now: When collaborators edited scheduled posts, those changes were skipping the approval queue. We closed that loophole, edits now follow the proper review flow.
• Links that actually link in Team Performance exports: The “Conversation link” field was displaying incorrect data. It now shows the correct URLs, making exports more reliable for tracking and follow-up.
• Instagram media size errors resolved: Some supported image dimensions were incorrectly flagged during publishing. We’ve updated our validation to match Instagram’s current requirements.
• Message counts now reflect reality in Message Stream: Deselecting “Include deleted and hidden conversations” was causing an unexpected drop in message count. The filter was targeting the wrong data but it’s now corrected and live.

Last month, we introduced campaign-level post tagging and insights in the Analytics module. Now, to build on that, we’ve expanded your visibility with a new interactions table. With this update, you can track how each campaign performs across likes, comments, shares, and more—alongside the number of posts and total interactions. In short, everything you need to evaluate campaign impact is now in one place.

• Analytics: Fixed an issue affecting LinkedIn 1-day reports where charts were not rendering correctly. Graphs now display data as expected.
• General: Resolved a problem where TikTok tokens were expiring too often due to recent API changes. Token management has been stabilized.
• Engage: Corrected an export issue in bulk actions where CSV and XLS files were missing accurate user and last processed data.
• General: Fixed an edge case where “Forgot password” emails were not delivered due to capitalization mismatches in email addresses.
• General: Addressed a bug in the password reset flow triggered by Security+ enforcement.

Your team’s security, now more visible and manageable than ever.

We’ve added a brand-new Security+ screen under the Organization settings—designed to help you enforce best practices and ensure enterprise-grade protection for your team.

Here’s what you’ll find:

• 🔒 Enforce strong passwords – Require your team to use secure passwords (12+ characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters) to reduce vulnerabilities.
• ⏳ Expire sessions – Automatically log out users after a set period (e.g., 30 days) to prompt re-authentication and enhance session control.
• 🔁 Expire passwords – Set regular password update intervals for team members to maintain up-to-date access security. (Optional setting)
• ✅ Enforce 2FA – Make Two-Factor Authentication mandatory across your team to add an extra layer of protection.
• 🌐 Allowed IPs – Restrict team member logins to specific IP addresses for added control over account access.

All these features are now trackable through a Security Score, helping you stay on top of your team’s protection level at a glance.
