Getting started with IG Story direct publishing on Sociality.io is as easy as pie!

1. Navigate to the Publish module and create content by clicking
   • Compose,
   • or on the date,
   • or the plus sign on the bottom right.
     
2. Select your Instagram Business Profile from the profiles on the top menu. Then, select “Story” from the Type dropdown.
   
3. Upload your content for your Story.
   • You can use JPEG, MOV, or MP4 formats only for your stories.
   • Instagram does not support adding text or stickers to your stories right now.
   • Deleting or updating published stories is not supported by Instagram right now.
     
4. Schedule your Instagram Story for a future time or publish them immediately.
   
5. Voila! 🥳 You have just experienced seamless Instagram Story publishing with Sociality.io.

Meta was working on a Twitter alternative codenamed “P92”. Well, P92 has a real name now, “Barcelona,” and it’s coming along fast. Whether this is the official name of the app or an updated codename for the project is yet to be determined. 👀

"Views" feature for reports

We believe that we are providing the most comprehensive and detailed social media analytics reports. So that it becomes much easier for you to find meaning in data scattered across all your social media channels. Well, we had that approach but with a new style 🤗

✨So we introduced our “Views” menu to you in 2022 ✨

It was allowing you to customize your social media analytics reports as you prefer. This feature allowed you to easily create views containing only the metrics you prefer and report or export them.

Here was how it in a nutshell:

1. Simply go to the Analytics module. 
2. Click the “Views” menu on the header.
3. Click “Add new view.” 
4. Select the insights and data you want to evaluate.
5. Voila! You are done! (Yes, it is that simple 😌)

Hold on to experience more comprehensive but direct-to-point representations of the social media reports we designed for you. We wish these new and fresh look for reports will help you to uncover meaningful insights that contribute to more successful social media marketing campaigns 👌

Optimizations for report export

We were getting feedback on long waiting times and large file sizes in reports that were exported 🥲 We heard your feedback and made some improvements to the reports export process 🚀 Now, you can export your reports much faster due to the greatly reduced size of the exported files.

Let’s summarize what is waiting for you while exporting reports with numbers ⤵️

• Our improvements have accelerated the file export process by ≈60%, and your waiting times will now be much less.
• The size of the exported files has been optimized, and the file size has been reduced to around ≈3MB, which used to be around 10MB.

XLS-CSV exports for Analytics

Social media page reports include so much insightful data for your brand and social media strategy. With the help of page reports, you have easily managed your online presence and set realistic goals for your social media management without all the tedious data collection. What is better than having such a report is to export those reports for many different formats – like PPT, PDF, CSV, and XLS. In the end, you chose the format you felt comfortable with, and we handled the rest – it was our pleasure!

Hashtag analysis for Analytics and Competitors

We use hashtags every day to reach more people with similar interests, but what about measuring their efficiency? 🧐

Well, it is so easy now because we have added the hashtag analysis table on page reports under the Analytics and Competitor Analysis modules in 2022. 

All you need to do is to discover the hashtags that work best to increase your social content’s reach and engagement. Moreover, you can simply track and uncover the hashtags that are used and worked best by your Twitter and Instagram competitors. Stay in the loop with hashtag analysis, and enhance your social media management experience by getting more done with less.

Enriched Twitter metrics for Analytics, including paid insights

We knew metrics were the heart of Twitter management, and tracking them was essential. So, we wanted to make that process better by updating the Twitter page report postcards. This improvement on the Twitter metrics was aimed to allow you to see, manage and measure the new metrics such as impressions, video views, or clicks. Moreover, we enabled you to see your Twitter posts organic or paid distribution, too.

LinkedIn API integration

In 2022, one more API integration was completed! We have implemented the new and updated LinkedIn API. This new LinkedIn API was allowing you to manage your LinkedIn comments and page mentions easier and faster via Sociality.io.

Instagram Carousel publishing

Remember the times you were traveling around the Sociality.io desktop app and mobile app when publishing your amazing Instagram carousels? It was gone in 2022 because we updated the Instagram carousel publishing process – it became “direct publishing” 🥳 All you need is one click and then bumm 🚀

Focus on the carousel posts that will help you to customize your feed and increase engagement ✨ We will handle the rest for you in 2023, too ❤️

Compare options for “Team Performance” reports 🌞

We have made a really straightforward improvement in Engage Module 🙂 We have added a new button called “Comparison” on our Team Performance reports. From now on, you will be able to use this “Comparison” button to compare your metrics on the Summary card on your Team performance reports. So, you will be measuring how your team is managing social engagement, which parts to improve and what actions to take for a better social media management experience, and so on.

All you need to do is activate this “Comparison” button and select the data range you want to compare the data on your Summary card, such as:

• New conversations
• Replied conversations
• Closed conversations
• Median time to close, and more!

The app is now better than it was 😍

It is perfect for integrating new features and improving the existing parts of the tool. It was what we were doing all the way here, actually. This month we decided to take a stop and dedicate ourselves to optimizations on the tool mainly. 

A bit heartbroken that we can not just show them with fancy words and cool visuals this month 🥺 However, we are glad that we've made significant optimizations to our product to improve performance and speed. This means that you'll be able to use it more efficiently and effectively without any noticeable changes to the features you're used to.

Customize the date and number format on Analytics 🤟🏻

On the Analytics module, we have added four different dates and two different number formats to our tool. So, now you can easily select the date and number format you are comfortable with using. All you need to do is follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Sociality.io home page.

Step 2: Click the “Profile” icon in the left corner. (Or, simply click here)

Step 3: You can now see the screen that will allow you to select the format you want to use.

We have implemented the new and updated LinkedIn API – as you may recall from our LinkedIn API update announcement. This new LinkedIn API allows you to manage your comments and page mentions easier and faster via Sociality.io. We have announced that LinkedIn comment management was available with Sociality.io and now Page mentions joined the party, too!
