• Lately, our Google Natural Language API supported sentimental analysis was not analyzing emojis properly. Now messages with only emojis are also analyzing by the API.

• AUTO SENTIMENT ANALYSIS: Now, we have an integration with Google Natural Language API and your conversations and listening mentions can be analyzed automatically. We can say that it's one of the most reliable analyzing methods since we are partnering with, erm, Google. You can activate this feature by:

1) Click on the edit button on preferred brand.

2) Tick the "Auto Sentiment Analysis" button and save!

After saving, your conversations and mentions in all topics will be analyzed by Google Natural API after this date.

• INSTAGRAM CAROUSEL SCHEDULING: You can schedule your carousel with Sociality.io now! Upload up to 10 pictures for your carousels and you can also use these photos for your Stories.

• FEATURE FIRST! We are proud to announce that Sociality.io is the first tool in the world that allows you to detect your competitors' promoted Instagram posts with our Competitor Analysis module now! And not only detection, you can see their promoted and organic engagement metrics as well.

• You can see "green sign" on your competitors' post to detect if the post is promoted or organic and distributon of paid and organic engagement is also provided. You can filter promoted posts with using our filter on the top section.

• Our Engage module is available on our Android app! Now you do not need to switch between your laptop and smartphone and use our Engage module directly on our your Android phone.

• Our users was having a problem with exporting page reports with huge number of posts in the past due to file size. Now our team developed a different export method with this kind of reports and your page posts will be sent seperately than your charts.

As you have already known, we got the approval for Linkedin v2 API in the past weeks and completed all the integration processes. Today, we’d like to announce that video contents can be published on Linkedin by using our Publish module. Yay!

What can I do with Linkedin Business?

• Publishing not only status and link contents but also video/photo contents

• Get detailed reports of your previous Linkedin accounts and your new Linkedin Business accounts
• Publishing multi photo contents
• Viewing the comments of your video contents and make comment as sub-thread

How can I publish a video content?

• Under the Publish module, you should just select the type of the content as video and add your video/text. That’s all!
• You can track your revise processes and content notes same as the other type of contents.

• After you publish your video, you can moderate the engagement of your content in your inbox on Sociality.
