The color will be "yellow" for the internal notes so that you can easily understand the difference between internal notes and the engagement with customers themselves.

We have added the names of the pages whose tokens have expired to the expired token warnings. Thus, you can understand more quickly and easily which of your social media pages need to update their access key 🗝️

We are here to ease your journey on social media management and reports 💫 We have added a new feature that we wish will give some shine and color to your reports 😉 From now on, you, our dear customers, can export your auto-reports in PDF format as well.   • Routine but essential...Improvements were done in the general system to improve your experience 💫
  • You can give likes as much as you want 👍The issue of liking messages received via IG DM was fixed.
  • No more “you explored the nothing” notification 👨‍🚀 Fixed the issue in the brand selection field on the settings screen.
  • No need to rub your eyes, the problem was on us and we have fixed it 🙌 From now on, Facebook videos shared via our platform will appear 1 time on the calendar, not 2 times 🗓️

🤖 Beyond Beta - September at Sociality.io


Hi, accompany us on our historical trip back to 1947 🎞️

On September 9, 1947, the world's first computer bug was recorded ✍️ However, this was no ordinary ‘software bug’. It was a real-life moth at the computer’s hardware 🐛

Well, bugs are still a part of our lives. One of our developers describes it as “When it comes out, it starts to give little adrenalin. When the solution time gets longer, it starts to alienate you from life, it reduces the joy of living, and it makes you say that I will find another job. But when it is solved, this is an event feels like I saved the world 🦸🏻‍♂️” 

Let's take a look at what we did in September except saving the world 🌍

We know that there is always an excuse to share the good news with loved ones, such as you, our lovely customers 🤍 As the Sociality.io team, we are really excited to introduce our new teammate Ebru to you 🥳 She is a part of our growing marketing team as “Digital Marketing Specialist” from now on. Excel export option for reports is on the way 🙌

Yup, you heard right 😎 Our development team is working hard to make your Sociality.io experience better and easier than ever 👨‍💻 Since we are also aware of the importance and need of Excel for reviewing your reports, we decided to integrate the Excel export option for the social media reports that you get from Sociality.io 😌 Our developer team is planning to release that improvement at the end of October, so stay tuned to experience first 💫

  • As always, routine but essential...General system improvements are done to better your experience 💫
  • You can reset your passwords in a better way now because we have fixed the password reset screen styling 🔑
  • Adjustments have been made for page addition and access key update problems in browsers using Opera and ad blocker.
  • Yes, we had a minor issue with exporting reports, but that's all gone now 👋 We fixed a short-term issue with report exports.
  • Enjoy your social media management on mobile now 📱 Improvements were made in the areas of password update, engage conversation, and notifications in the mobile application.

  • The unsupported video format issue was solved, feel free to upload your amazing videos 📹
  • No more missed notifications 😎 The mobile push notifications problem was solved.
  • 1,2,3.. Hey, we were practicing counting 😌 By the way, we practiced counting a lot and solved the Instagram hashtag counter problem issue.
  • The issue of the unexpected number of followers drop on Facebook reports was also solved. According to the latest news from Facebook, unfortunately, there is nothing to do for the previous reports. However, Facebook claims that from now on, there will be no such problem 🤗

  • Removing harmful content from mentions ✌️


Unfortunately, we all suffer from harmful and irrelevant content on the internet. In order to better your experience and protect you from that kind of content, we decided to filter them on the listen module so that you will be experiencing safe contents rather than harmful and irrelevant content 😇



  • Google articles are also with us afterwards 📄


In our listening module, we have added the Google Articles so that you will be able to see them in results after that. Moreover, overall system improvements have been meticulously done in the Web Listening module for you to have better experience 🤙




🐛 BUGFIXES


  • We received the first feedbacks about our newly released mobile application and made improvements about the content publishing in line with these feedbacks 👨‍💻
  • We also think that time is relative but not for the tool, right 😅 We fixed the bug of showing different times on modal and calendar for Linkedin.
  • Improvements were made in the settings section in the profile, you better try to see them 🙃
  • We don’t like “loading” phrases right? No worries then 😌 We have fixed the issue with conversations remaining in the "loading" section of Instagram mentions.
  • Another bug was solved...The problem was about the exporting the conversation activities in the engage module, but not anymore 😎

What a June it was, ha? 🍀

Time is flying. Sometimes we miss the days that we are living so slow and the days we are waiting for the Internet Explorer to load a page for minutes. Now everything should be in seconds, right? Maybe that is the reason why Windows is removing the “Internet Explorer” in the new version of Windows 11. It is a bit tragic but no worry, your favorite tool Sociality.io is adapting to the new changes so that we are not thinking about being out of the game!   • Another bug has been fixed and takes its place in history: Small bug while our users were updating their access tokens for Instagram accounts - rest in peace ⚰️
  • Developments are completed to solve the little problem about the report mailing delivery problem. They were a bit late but not anymore 💨
  • We found the issue with the automatic report prompt and, boom 💣, fixed it.
  • We made improvements for our brand new mobile app according to our lovely users feedback 🙌 We are in the last weeks of the private beta!
