πŸŽ„ Beyond Beta - November at Sociality.io

👋 Hey everyone, Micaela here, your Design & Flow Maker from the Sociality.io team.

In our Beyond Beta: November 2025 edition, we’re spotlighting how Too Good To Go brings clarity and coordination to 20+ social media teams around the world — a story we’ve been lucky to support behind the scenes. Seeing how they maintain flow across markets without losing their voice has been a quiet inspiration for us, and you’ll see that reflected in our new Facebook reports: more structured, more aligned, and designed to help teams tell stronger stories at any scale.

Let’s dive into what’s new this month:

  • Too Good To Go and their Sociality.io experience 💚
  • Counting what counts for Facebook reports ⚖️
  • Facebook views: inside vs. outside your bubble 🫧
  • Full-spectrum post metrics 🧩

💚 Too Good To Go and their Sociality.io experience

Founded in Copenhagen in 2015, Too Good To Go has grown into the world’s largest marketplace for surplus food, a powerhouse for sustainability operating in 20+ countries across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. With 120 million+ users and 180,000 active partners, they’ve helped save over 500 million meals from going to waste and avoided 1.35 million tons of CO₂e emissions along the way.

That kind of impact doesn’t happen without coordination: that’s where Sociality.io stepped in.

Leading the charge is Gisela Casanovas, who’s grown with Too Good To Go over five years, now serving as Global Head of Social Media. She oversees 20 markets worldwide, balancing the delicate dance between global consistency and local relevance. “Each market has its nuances,” she explains — whether that’s TikTok in Japan or LINE as a key channel in Asia.

Sociality.io became the social media engine behind it all, supporting Gisela’s team with structured workflows, clean analytics, and flexible publishing tools that allow her global vision to shine through while giving local teams space to thrive.

Why it works? A toolkit built for scale 👇

🌐 Global coordination, local freedom: Structured workflows across 20+ markets mean nothing gets lost in translation — while local teams still create content that resonates at home.

📊 Visual dashboards for instant insight: With clean filters and post-view cards, their social team makes fast, confident decisions across multiple regions — no spreadsheets required.

⚡ Effortless onboarding, real adoption: From the very first login, Too Good To Go found the platform intuitive and efficient. “One of the easiest transitions we’ve had,” said Gisela.

We’re honored to play a part in Too Good To Go’s mission — not just saving meals, but proving that global social media can be smart, human, and impact-driven at every level.

⚖️ Counting what counts for Facebook reports

What’s the value?
Stay current with evolving metrics
See which campaigns actually land
Make decisions based on true views

Meta updated the game — shifting from Impressions to the more meaningful Views metric — and we followed suit. Our Facebook reports now highlight this updated metric, giving you a more accurate sense of how many people actually viewed your content. They mirror Meta’s dashboards, so there’s no guesswork but just reliable, platform-aligned data you can trust.

🫧 Facebook views: inside vs. outside your bubble

What’s the value?
See who’s really viewing your content
Measure views beyond your followers
Track growth through attention

We’ve added new audience-based metrics to Facebook reports, letting you see exactly how many views come from followers vs. non-followers. Even better? We introduced Outreach Impact, a quick way to understand how far your content travels outside your existing audience.

🧩 Full-spectrum post metrics

What’s the value?
View data across every post type
See organic vs. paid at a glance
Understand who’s viewing your content

We’ve expanded the Views metric across all Facebook post types to give you full visibility into what’s performing and where. Whether it’s a photo, reels, or link post, you can now break down Views by organic vs. paid and by follower vs. non-follower. It’s a cleaner, more aligned way to read your results, without jumping between formats or missing key reach context.

  • Polished paths and pocket-sized power: General and mobile improvements to keep your workflow smooth.
  • Refreshed calendar for smoother picks: Selecting date ranges is now more intuitive and precise across the platform.
  • Instagram DMs preview issue fixed: Shared posts now show proper previews when forwarded in IG chats.
  • No more double vision in Reels reports: Reels showing up twice as videos in Analytics? Not anymore.
  • Facebook Reels thumbnail upload issue resolved: Uploading custom thumbnails works as expected.
  • Sorted exports, sorted minds: Your filtered and sorted posts now export exactly as you see them in Analytics.

🎄 These are the updates, fresh from the team and happily delivered. We hope they help you wrap up the year with more clarity (and fewer chaotic tabs). With Christmas around the corner, may your dashboards be tidy and your inboxes light. And if they’re not… we fully support blaming the cookies! 🍪 As always, reach out if you need anything, want to share feedback, or just feel like chatting: support@sociality.io 👋
