🐛 BUGFIXES

• As always, in order to let your experience better and better everyday, some general system improvements are done 👌
• Another bug has been fixed and takes its place in history: Small bug while our users were updating their access tokens for Instagram accounts - rest in peace ⚰️
• Developments are completed to solve the little problem about the report mailing delivery problem. They were a bit late but not anymore 💨
• We found the issue with the automatic report prompt and, boom 💣, fixed it.
• We made improvements for our brand new mobile app according to our lovely users feedback 🙌 We are in the last weeks of the private beta!

We are thrilled to share that your favorite social media platform is one of the first tools in the world supporting this feature, officially 😎 Messenger API support for Instagram was announced by Facebook at the F8 Refresh event a few hours ago and ta-da, it's already here!

By today, we are starting to onboard our lovely customers to discover amazing abilities of the new Instagram messaging feature which is including but not limited to story mentions and replying comments with private messages 💌  According to the plan from the Facebook team, we are welcoming Instagram Business accounts with between 10.000 and 100.000 followers to access these features right now 🚀 Of course, we will onboard higher or lower ranges too, very soon 🙌 

"The Messenger API for Instagram will now enable all businesses to connect with customers on their preferred messaging channel, while integrating existing tools and data to drive business outcomes,” said Konstantinos Papamiltiadis, VP of Platform Partnerships at Messenger. How can I start using this feature? 😼 

Easy-peasy 👇

• Remember this feature is available for Instagram Business accounts with between 10.000 and 100.000 followers right now.
• These accounts will need to enable the connected tools toggle under message control settings on the Instagram app.

• If your pages meet these criteria, just refresh the access token of related pages on your Sociality.io account. You can check our guideline to see how you can refresh your tokens 👍
• You will be redirected to Facebook to update your permissions at this step. Please be sure that you are providing the "manage and access messages for the Instagram account connected to your Page" for these related pages.

When all pages will be available to use this feature? 👀 

Very soon 😍 This phased rollout is Facebook's business decision to ensure your high-quality experience so we can improve the API for everyone with your help during the process. However, the estimated timeline looks like this:

• Between 10,000 and 100,000 followers: Starting June 2nd 
• Between 1,000 and 100,000 followers: Starting in July
• All business Instagram accounts: By end of Q3

💥 IMPROVEMENTS

• Instagram Video Thumbnails now available: Now you can select that exact moment for your video thumbnails on your Instagram publishing process 👌 We thought that it would be much easier with picking the right moment, but ready to hear your feedback if you have other ideas 👀

• YouTube comments sync 2x faster: Managing your comments on YouTube videos is much more swift after our latest release. We have increased our number of requests to shorten synchronization time to half. Just give it a try ⚡

🐛 BUGFIXES

• There was a little hiccup on some comments due to a failure on the Instagram API, but now it's stable after a fix from the Instagram team 🙉 
• We had issues with the login process for few days. Nothing related to security but a bug on the 2FA process gave some users trouble for a short time 👾 
• Nothing visible but we also fixed some issues on the backend part to prevent future problems 👌

Hardly a week passes out without an announcement of a new feature that we prepared for you. So, new day, new surprises: IGTV is on Sociality.io now, with its existing features! 🎁  We are glad to see we can catch up with the changing social media dynamics with you and your feedback so quickly 😍

Little changes that IGTV integration brings:

Engage: From now on, you can manage all comments you get on your IGTV contents. Also, if a user mentions you in a IGTV content, you will see these comments on Engage Module. 

Listen: If you define a hashtag as your keyword and it is mentioned in IGTV content’s caption, you are able to see these results in the Mentions section under Listen Module. 

Report: You will see IGTV contents you posted and the interactions they have received in your page reports.

Competitor Analysis: Yes, you will also see how your competitors’ IGTV contents have performed in terms of reach, engagement, etc. in comparison to your pages.

It was not crazy as Beeple's $69 million NFT but we had a quite thrilling month here at Sociality.io in March as well 🙌 More specifically, maybe we were not working on a live audio app as the rest of the world, but we shipped some handy features for our lovely community. And the platform is neat as a new pin after cleaning some little friends, which usually called bugs 🐛

🚀 NEW FEATURES

• Rolled out the "Hide Replies" feature for Twitter: We know you do not have anything to hide 👀 But just in case you need, now you can hide unwanted replies to your own tweets with Sociality.io

• Increasing your engagement rate by x2.5 times: We recently met with Mehmet Keçili, the Head of Analytics at the result-oriented transformational experience agency VMLY&R, to understand how they reach this result just in 6 months with our platform.

💥 IMPROVEMENTS

• Analyze your promoted posts on Facebook easily: Now you can filter and analyze your promoted Facebook posts on your page reports easily. We also updated our promoted post icon into something cutie 😍

• No more re-archiving replied conversations: Sometimes you need to send another reply to an archived conversation, which was moving your conversation to inbox again and keeping you busy with re-archiving it. We just added a small checkbox to give you a chance to prevent this when you want to keep your conversation archived.

• Faster sync for Instagram ad comments: You can notice the difference (in a good way 😅) in your Instagram ad comments during your reviewing process because we just improved our synchronization times to process x2 faster for this specific kind of comment.

🐛 BUGFIXES

• It was annoying to not see Instagram Carousels on your page reports. This happened to a small group of users for a short time but was solved in a shorter period, thanks to the team.
• Growing your business is good but sometimes it brings its own concerns, too. Due to an overload of scheduled reports, some reports did not receive by its owners, especially on the first days of the month and the week. Now we have improved our infrastructure to avoid this problem and it's stable.
• Missing data problems on different competitor analysis reports are fixed after your feedback.
• Everything else is smooth. (It is, isn't it? 😳)
