You can now tag your posts using the same tags you've created in the Analytics module—making it easier than ever to organize and analyze your content performance.

Here’s what’s new:

🏷️ Tag your posts – Apply your existing Analytics tags directly to your posts for seamless tracking.

🔍 Filter by tags – Use filters to view post-level metrics by tag, so you can compare campaigns, themes, or strategies with precision.

This update bridges the gap between publishing and performance—giving you clearer insights, faster.


📈 Campaign Insights: Compare tagged post performance at a glance

We’ve added a new Campaign Insights section to all platform reports—designed to help you evaluate the performance of your campaigns with ease. By grouping and comparing posts using tags, you can quickly identify what’s working, what’s not, and refine your strategy based on real results.

See total interactions, reach, engagement rates, and more—all organized by the tags you've already applied.

🔐 Introducing Security+ at Sociality.io

Your team’s security, now more visible and manageable than ever.

We’ve added a brand-new Security+ screen under the Organization settings—designed to help you enforce best practices and ensure enterprise-grade protection for your team.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • 🔒 Enforce strong passwords – Require your team to use secure passwords (12+ characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters) to reduce vulnerabilities.
  • ⏳ Expire sessions – Automatically log out users after a set period (e.g., 30 days) to prompt re-authentication and enhance session control.
  • 🔁 Expire passwords – Set regular password update intervals for team members to maintain up-to-date access security. (Optional setting)
  • ✅ Enforce 2FA – Make Two-Factor Authentication mandatory across your team to add an extra layer of protection.
  • 🌐 Allowed IPs – Restrict team member logins to specific IP addresses for added control over account access.

All these features are now trackable through a Security Score, helping you stay on top of your team’s protection level at a glance.

We’ve revamped the data processing experience in the Engage module in Sociality.io! Navigating dropdowns is now easier, selections are clearer, and unnecessary clicks are gone. Managing conversations and conversation items is now faster, more intuitive, and frustration-free—just the way it should be.

Say goodbye to manual tagging! Our AI now automatically analyzes sentiment and assigns the most relevant tags from your custom tag pool as soon as new data enters the system. Plus, you’ll see a quick AI-generated summary at the top of your lists, making it easier than ever to track conversations at a glance.


🏷️ Manual Tagging

Beyond AI-powered tagging, you can manually assign or modify sentiment tags to ensure accuracy and alignment with your analysis. Whether you prefer AI suggestions or want to customize tags based on your expertise, you have the flexibility to make data categorization truly your own. ✍️


🔍 AI Review

When new mentions enter the system, our AI works behind the scenes to automatically analyze and tag them. Initially, these mentions are assigned the 'Waiting for Review' status, giving you the flexibility to review and verify the AI-generated tags before any action is taken. This ensures that you’re in control of the process from the very beginning.


📊 Status Tracking

To further customize your experience, you have the ability to add up to three custom statuses between 'Waiting for Review' and 'Completed.' This allows you to create a personalized workflow that perfectly suits your team's needs and ensures a more efficient, streamlined process for handling mentions.

Take your engagement to the next level by using multiple tags within conversations. New IG Metrics - Expanded Views Breakdown

We didn’t just introduce the Views metric—we also added more detailed insights. You’ll now have two separate graphs: one displaying views by content type (such as ads or different formats) and another breaking them down by the viewer’s follow status. This makes it easier to see where your views come from and who’s watching.


Schedule 10-minute TikTok videos with Sociality.io

TikTok has extended its video limit to 10 minutes (600 seconds), giving creators more flexibility for storytelling, tutorials, and in-depth content. And the best part? With Sociality.io, you can now publish and schedule your long-form TikTok videos effortlessly—keeping your content strategy smooth and consistent!


Now available in IG DMs: Stickers, GIFs, and Voice Messages

Previously, some message types—like stickers, GIFs, and voice messages—were not visible in Instagram DMs on Sociality.io. But now, we’ve added support for them! 🎊 This means you can now view and manage all message types seamlessly in your inbox, ensuring a smoother and more complete communication experience. Stay on top of every interaction without missing a thing!

  • Analytics: The issue of Instagram daily metrics being saved to the wrong date due to timezone confusion has been fixed. All data is now accurately recorded on the correct day.

  • Analytics: You can now generate all your reports successfully. The error with some Instagram reports not generating has been solved. 
  • Competitors: View all logos accurately in your reports, ensuring a complete overview of your analytics. Missing account logos in Competitors and Team Performance reports have been fixed. 
  • Settings: Update and manage competitor color settings without any issues. The error with updating competitor colors has been fixed.

Sociality.io Workspace 101 

With the new Workspaces, we’ve introduced several new screens designed to enhance your experience and make Sociality.io even easier to use. Here are some of the key features we've added:

🧠 AI Sentiment Analysis for the Listen and Engage module

AI Sentiment Analysis helps you monitor brand health, optimize engagement strategies, and react quickly to customer emotions, making your social media management more strategic and effective. Here are some of the benefits of AI Sentiment Analysis for Listen and Engage modules:

For the Listen Module:

  • Track Brand Sentiment: Monitor whether conversations are positive, negative, or neutral.
  • Crisis Management: Detect negative trends early to address issues quickly.
  • Audience Insights: Understand reactions to campaigns and trends through sentiment analysis.

For the Engage Module:

  • Prioritize Responses: Focus on handling critical messages based on sentiment.
  • Personalized Replies: Tailor responses based on customer emotions.
  • Efficient Management: Sort and manage messages automatically by sentiment.


How to enable AI sentiment analysis for Listen and Engage modules:

1. Click 'Settings,' and you’ll land directly in the 'Workspaces' section on the next screen.


2. From the left menu, click on ‘Sentiment preferences.'


3. Enable ‘AI analyzer for Listen’ and ‘AI analyzer for Engage’.



4. Congratulations! You did it.


🎨 Icon and color selection for ‘Saved replies’

With the new Workspaces improvements, you can assign icons and colors to your saved replies. This enhancement not only improves your overall experience but also accelerates the process, making it easier to recognize and utilize your replies quickly.

How to assign icons and colors to your saved replies:

1. Click 'Settings,' and you’ll land directly in the 'Workspaces' section on the next screen.


2. From the left menu, click on ‘Saved replies'.


3. Click on the ‘Edit’ icon to assign a custom icon and color to your saved replies.


4. Make your selections from the opening screen.


5. Click on ‘Save changes,’ and you’re all set.


🔒 Workspace members: Enhance privacy and security

Quickly access the names, email addresses, and roles of all members associated with a specific workspace in just seconds, ensuring enhanced privacy and security for your team.


📸 PNG cover photos for Reels videos 

You can now easily upload PNG cover photos specifically designed for your Reels videos, allowing you to enhance the visual appeal and branding of your content.

  • Listen: Due to indexing issues, some users encountered errors when attempting to list their results. We have resolved this bug to ensure a smoother experience.
  • Connecting pages - Instagram: The issues preventing users from connecting their Instagram accounts have been successfully fixed.
  • Mobile notifications: Some users experienced issues with receiving mobile notifications, but we're pleased to inform you that this has now been resolved.
  • Exported reports: There is no more missing data from exported Excel reports for X and YouTube; this issue is gone now.
  • Engage - Team performance: We identified and fixed an issue with date selection, ensuring a smoother experience for tracking team performance.

The PNG file format is now supported for Instagram photo publishing on the Publish module, giving you more flexibility when sharing high-quality images.

The Portuguese language option is now available in the Listen module, allowing you to monitor conversations and track brand mentions in Portuguese, further expanding your social listening capabilities.

  • General: Rolling out updates across the system and mobile, enhancing your experience with powerful new features and improvements.
  • General - Profile picture: You can now experience a smoother profile picture upload with our updated profile picture upload process.
  • Engage - X: We’ve improved the Twitter DM process, addressing previous issues for a smoother experience.
  • Listen: Resolved a technical issue that caused some users to miss mentions in the Listen module. Everything is now fixed and running smoothly.
  • Connecting pages: The issue preventing you from connecting your pages through the Publish module has been resolved. Everything is working as expected now.

  • Team: No more missing user data! Updates completed to fix the issue, ensuring all user data is accurately captured and available.
  • Access token - Emails: We've updated our settings for access token expiration notifications. Now, these notifications are sent only to the owner, admin, and manager with access to that specific brand, reducing inbox clutter.
