I’m excited to walk you through what we’ve been cooking up this month at Sociality.io! As part of the frontend team, I get to bring many of these improvements to life on your screens—and this month was all about making things more secure, more intuitive, and way smoother to use.

Here's our Beyond Beta March 2025 summary for the fast readers. And details are right below as always!

  • 🔐 Security+ — New screen for enterprise-grade security management with features like strong password enforcement, session expiration, IP restrictions, and a real-time Security Score. Book a 15-min call to learn more about Security+.

🔐 Introducing Security+ at Sociality.io

Your team’s security, now more visible and manageable than ever.

We’ve added a brand-new Security+ screen under the Organization settings—designed to help you enforce best practices and ensure enterprise-grade protection for your team.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • 🔒 Enforce strong passwords – Require your team to use secure passwords (12+ characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters) to reduce vulnerabilities.
  • ⏳ Expire sessions – Automatically log out users after a set period (e.g., 30 days) to prompt re-authentication and enhance session control.
  • 🔁 Expire passwords – Set regular password update intervals for team members to maintain up-to-date access security. (Optional setting)
  • ✅ Enforce 2FA – Make Two-Factor Authentication mandatory across your team to add an extra layer of protection.
  • 🌐 Allowed IPs – Restrict team member logins to specific IP addresses for added control over account access.

All these features are now trackable through a Security Score, helping you stay on top of your team’s protection level at a glance.

A smoother, smarter way to manage conversations 💬

We’ve revamped the data processing experience in the Engage module in Sociality.io! Navigating dropdowns is now easier, selections are clearer, and unnecessary clicks are gone. Managing conversations and conversation items is now faster, more intuitive, and frustration-free—just the way it should be.

  • General: Updates have been implemented across system and mobile platforms to enhance your overall experience.
  • Analytics: The LinkedIn user activities table issue has been resolved. Previously missing conversation data has now been properly included in reports.
  • Engage: Fixed a TikTok-specific issue where deleting a comment caused previously sent comments to appear as hidden.
  • Listen: Exported mentions from the Listen module now correctly include both sentiment and tag fields in CSV and XLS formats.
  • Engage: Resolved conversation item processing errors that were preventing users from selecting certain tags and sentiment values.
