• Our reply and archive process is much effective now. We were refreshing all conversations after this process and it was causing a lot of time loss on your side. Now when you are taking actions like Archive or Star, you can continue your moderation process from what's on the next on your list ⚡️

• Sometimes your access token is invalid but you cannot realize and wonder why your replies not being sent. This is also solved now 😊When you perform reply action, our Engage module is checking if your token is active and let you know in the same moment.

• NEW LINKEDIN POST TYPE - CAROUSEL: Now you can publish your "Carousel" type posts on the LinkedIn with Sociality.io! This feature is premium and only available for selected products around the world 😎

• ACCELERATED TOKEN UPDATE: If you have more than expired access tokens of your pages, you do not need to update them one by one anymore. With our accelerated token update process, you can refresh all of your tokens in few seconds ⚡️

• PASSWORD EXPIRATION: Safety first! 😉If you want your team members to change their passwords in certain time periods, you can now enable our "Password Expiration" option for your all team members, between 7 and 90 days. Please remember this option is available for only team owners.

• Sometimes when you are typing your reply to your customers, another thing pops up and you have to leave the screen. To let you remember what reply you were preparing, now we are saving your unsent messages for a while so you can keep the ball rolling ✌🏻

• Publishing process is much faster now! You used to wait until your upload completed when you were sharing your posts with "Publish Now" feature. Now, your post will continue to be uploaded on the background at it's status will change automatically when the publishing is completed. So you can continue other works in the meantime.

• It's possible to realize the message you are trying to reply or delete is already deleted by user or by one of your managers on the platform itself. If this happens, now you will see a detailed information for this situation on the Engage module.

• NEW ENGAGE FEATURES: We have completed amazing improvements to make your page moderation process easier. Now you have a smoother experience on your daily routine.

  1. Now when you reply any conversation, reloading process of the page is not necessary and you will see your reply much faster.
  2. Actions such as like, hide, delete etc. on conversations are also faster now.
  3. You can see message previews on the left list.
  4. With a new keyboard shortcuts, you can increase your speed on replying. To experience this feature, you can use ALT+ENTER / CMD+ENTER to send your reply and ALT+SHIFT+ENTER / CMD+SHIFT+ENTER to reply and archieve the conversation.
  

• NEW TWITTER POST TYPE - GIF: To easier your publishing process, we have updated our Twitter GIF publishing process and you can select this type on your Compose screen.

• EXCLUDE POST CARDS: Sometimes if your pages publish a lot of posts, it increases your export time on your reports since there are a lot of detailed post cards. Now to reduce this time, you can exclude post cards from your reports by your request.

• GRANT LOGIN ACCESS: We always care about your privacy and work on to increase your control on your own data. For this, we have limited login access for 72 hours and it will be disable even if you forget to disable it.

• To make it easier your page moderation process, we have just added preview of user messages on in our Engage module.

• Now you can see all formulas for engagement rate of your posts.

• "Average View Duration" and "Completion Rate" metrics are now available for your YouTube videos.

• New access token update process is live! You can easily update your access tokens with the button on your Settings page.
