Unlock your creativity: All aspect ratios are now supported for Instagram Reels

Previously, you were able to publish Reels with a strict 9:16 aspect ratio, limiting your creative freedom while managing your Instagram presence. However, we're thrilled to share that we've broken down those barriers! Now, all aspect ratios are fully supported, empowering you to unleash your creativity like never before. Whether it's a widescreen landscape, a square frame, or anything in between, you can now craft and share Reels in the format that best suits your vision. Embrace the freedom to express yourself uniquely and captivate your audience with a diverse range of content formats!

Expanded export capability for bulk actions in Engage module

Good news for users of the Engage module! We're thrilled to announce the expansion of our export capability for bulk actions. With this update, you can now export up to 10,000 conversations in XLS format, a significant increase from the previous limit of 5,000. This enhancement empowers you to manage your data more efficiently and analyze it with greater depth. Take advantage of this improved functionality to streamline your workflow and make the most out of your Engage experience.

LinkedIn Document is a versatile format that lets you share PDFs in your feed posts. This lets viewers preview and open the document directly and easily. It offers a seamless and convenient way to share important content with your network.

When sharing LinkedIn documents via Sociality.io, what criteria should be considered?

As demonstrated in the visual, you have the option to share your LinkedIn documents with their details limited to a maximum capacity:

TikTok publishing enhancements: Power to Delete, Edit, and Reject posts before they go live

Several months back, we introduced the TikTok integration to our Publish module. Today, we're thrilled to announce that we're expanding your experience with a host of new functionalities. Here's what you can now achieve with these enhanced features with different status of your TikTok content status:

• TikTok post created but not approved yet

When you've crafted a TikTok post through Sociality.io that awaits approval, you have several options at your disposal: Edit, Delete, or Approve.

• TikTok post scheduled with approval

After successfully creating a TikTok post via Sociality.io and receiving approval, you retain the ability to: Edit, Delete, or Reject Approval

• TikTok post published

If a TikTok post has been published, deletion via Sociality.io is not possible due to restrictions within the TikTok API. Your only available action is to 'Go to URL' to view the content on the native platform.

No more unwanted engagement: Block user option is here for Facebook 🛑

In our ongoing effort to provide you with a safe and enjoyable social experience, we've introduced a highly requested feature: The ability to block users directly from the Engage module for Facebook.

With the new block user option, you can now take control of your social media engagement experience by preventing specific users from interacting with you on the Engage module. Simply navigate to the user's profile on the Engage module, click on the "Block" button, and voila! You'll no longer receive messages, comments, or visitor posts from that user.

Introducing local and global page names for Facebook in Publish, Engage, Analytics modules 🌍

We are thrilled to introduce a significant enhancement to our platform: local-global page names for Facebook, now seamlessly integrated across Publish, Engage, and Analytics. This enhancement comes in direct response to the challenges many face when managing both local and global brands on social media platforms, particularly Facebook.

By implementing local-global page names, you can now easily differentiate between pages associated with specific regions or markets and those representing your global brand presence. This distinction not only simplifies navigation but also enhances your ability to manage and analyze your social media activities effectively.

• Engage: The file uploading error in the Engage module has been successfully resolved. It's all smooth sailing now!
• Analytics - LinkedIn: We've outsmarted the glitches in exported LinkedIn reports. Problem solved, reports are now as smooth as a penguin sliding on ice. 
• Engage - Instagram: We spotted a tiny bug in Instagram DMs – replies were playing hide-and-seek in the module after sending. Good news: We caught the bug and fixed it. Now, your replies won't be pulling disappearing acts.
• Analytics - Facebook: We faced a hiccup with Facebook reports due to Meta API changes, but fear not – we swiftly fixed it on the same day!

In case you need it, YouTube Shorts is a short-form video platform created by YouTube, allowing users to create and share videos of up to 60 seconds in length. It is designed for quick, engaging content and has gained popularity for its format, similar to TikTok.

We’ve enhanced the process of adding competitor pages to Sociality.io. • General: We have substantially improved system performance and functionality, enhancing overall efficiency and user experience.
• Publish - Facebook: We've fixed the misleading Facebook post links. Our published Facebook posts are now correctly directing users to the respective Facebook posts.
• Publish - LinkedIn: Resolved the API-related issues causing video-type posts to be shared without the accompanying video files.
• Facebook & Instagram: The issues related to page connecting and token refreshing for Facebook and Instagram accounts have been fixed.
• TikTok - Engage: The issue of incorrectly positioned TikTok comments has been resolved. No more 'commentary' on that!
• TikTok - Publish: We've added the much-needed 'delete button' for FB Reels. However, you still cannot delete Reels on our platform after publishing due to API restrictions. But rest assured, you can delete Reels before publishing.
• Listen: We've fixed the issues with clickable links in Listen alerts. Previously, the 'See more' buttons were not hyperlinked, preventing you from accessing the module directly from the email. This problem has now been resolved, you can now see more! :)

For example, it’s pretty controversial that adding audio and video calling options to the platform may help to differentiate, but this is what it is. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 

When all of these changes are occurring, our approach is to closely monitor enhancements and improvements to integrate them swiftly – if they are deemed necessary.

Meta’s Threads, the recent social networking app, was downloaded over 150 million and had over 100 million active users within its initial three days of release, marking it as one of the fastest-growing social media apps in history.
