• NEW ENGAGE FEATURES: We have completed amazing improvements to make your page moderation process easier. Now you have a smoother experience on your daily routine.

  1. Now when you reply any conversation, reloading process of the page is not necessary and you will see your reply much faster.
  2. Actions such as like, hide, delete etc. on conversations are also faster now.
  3. You can see message previews on the left list.
  4. With a new keyboard shortcuts, you can increase your speed on replying. To experience this feature, you can use ALT+ENTER / CMD+ENTER to send your reply and ALT+SHIFT+ENTER / CMD+SHIFT+ENTER to reply and archieve the conversation.
  

• NEW TWITTER POST TYPE - GIF: To easier your publishing process, we have updated our Twitter GIF publishing process and you can select this type on your Compose screen.

• EXCLUDE POST CARDS: Sometimes if your pages publish a lot of posts, it increases your export time on your reports since there are a lot of detailed post cards. Now to reduce this time, you can exclude post cards from your reports by your request.

• GRANT LOGIN ACCESS: We always care about your privacy and work on to increase your control on your own data. For this, we have limited login access for 72 hours and it will be disable even if you forget to disable it.
