• Our reply and archive process is much effective now. We were refreshing all conversations after this process and it was causing a lot of time loss on your side. Now when you are taking actions like Archive or Star, you can continue your moderation process from what's on the next on your list ⚡️

• Sometimes your access token is invalid but you cannot realize and wonder why your replies not being sent. This is also solved now 😊When you perform reply action, our Engage module is checking if your token is active and let you know in the same moment.
