Introducing enhanced Analytics: Meet with new IG metrics 🙌

Mastering social media management is a piece of cake with Sociality.io Analytics, and now, we've elevated this experience with cutting-edge Instagram metrics exclusively for your Instagram reports. In a nutshell, to enhance your data-driven analysis of your Instagram strategy, we've introduced a host of new graphs, metrics, and charts.

Let's explore each new Instagram metrics individually for a comprehensive understanding:

Postcard: ‘Shares’ and ‘Follows’ metrics added

We know the community has been eagerly awaiting the 'Shares' metric, and we're thrilled to share the news—it's now live! 🥳 You can now seamlessly track both 'Shares' and 'Follows' metrics for your 'Photo' content within your Instagram reports.

Just a heads up, though, due to a decision by Instagram, these metrics are currently not available for 'Carousels’. 🥲

Engagement types: ‘Shares’ metric is added

Unlock powerful insights with the new 'Shares' metric in our Engagement types graphs for Instagram reports. Monitoring shares helps you understand how your content is resonating and spreading organically. Use these insights to refine your Instagram management strategy, boost engagement, and elevate brand visibility on Instagram.

New graphs: Demographics, Countries, and Cities covering both reached and engaged audiences

Another good news is that you can now gain insights into the demographics, countries, and cities of your reached and engaged audience, expanding beyond just followers! This enriched data provides a deeper understanding for crafting more targeted content and engagement strategies, enabling you to enhance your overall Instagram strategy and boost engagement.

Fine-tune the nuances:

  • Explore the ‘Followers’ section for a comprehensive breakdown of today's follower base, including demographics, countries, and cities.

  • The 'Reached and Engaged Audience' section unveils a snapshot of the activities over the last 90 days.

How can this data be effectively utilized?

Understanding your audience is not just about numbers; it's about unlocking actionable insights that can transform your social media strategy. Here are small tips to empower connections with your audience by using our new metrics:

🎯 Optimize ad targeting: Use insights to refine your ad targeting strategy. If a different age group, gender, or location engages more, adjust your targeting to reach the most receptive audience.

✂️ Tailor content to audience preferences: Identify content preferences based on engagement patterns and customize your content to resonate with what your audience enjoys.

🙌 Stay agile and adaptive: Social media trends evolve, and so does your audience. Use real-time data to adapt your strategy quickly, staying ahead of the curve in a dynamic social landscape.
