This month, I'm here to share with you a recap of our journey at Sociality.io throughout March. As I reflected on the past month, one word resonated deeply with me and our beloved company: "kaizen." Derived from Japanese, kaizen embodies the philosophy of continuous improvement and positive change. It perfectly encapsulates the essence of our experiences, both individually and as a collective.
Navigating change isn't always easy—it can be challenging and exhausting. However, with support and care, it becomes manageable! My hope is that you, too, can discover your own "kaizen" era, surrounded by individuals who uplift and empower you. May you find strength and inspiration in the company of those who stand by you, no matter what challenges arise.

- Publish - Instagram: We've resolved issues with certain file formats that were previously problematic for Instagram publishing. Our enhanced file format controls ensure smoother publishing processes moving forward.
- Listen and Engage: Oh, sorry, we dropped our navigation bar into your exported reports. 🥲We've addressed the issue where users were encountering the navbar on exported Listen and Engage reports.
- Analytics - Instagram: Our bad! We've corrected the issue with miscalculated engagement metrics for Reels.
- Analytics - Facebook: Goodbye, old friend. We've removed deprecated Facebook metrics to ensure accuracy and relevance in our reporting.
- Notifications page: We've addressed the scrolling and selection-saving issues on the Notifications page, ensuring a smoother user experience.
