Instagram announced their content publish API recently and thanks to our engineering team, we put this subject on the table immediately and now it’s ready. Publishing on Instagram has never been this easy with Sociality.io and it starts tomorrow (February 9) 🔥🔥🔥

By the new day, all of our customers will be able to directly publish single photo or single video through our platform. Only little step you need to take is refreshing your access tokens, and you will be ready to rock

• Refresh your Instagram accounts’ access tokens as in our article here
• Do not forget only Instagram Business accounts are supported
• You can publish or schedule your Instagram contents below with Sociality.io:

Single photo: Direct 
Single video: Direct 
Carousel: 2-step
Story: 2-step

PLEASE NOTE carousels and stories aren’t supported by Instagram's API and not available on any other social media management platforms right now.

Wait wait wait… I have some questions 😬 

1) What kind of requirements do these photos or videos have? Dimensions, sizes, formats…

2) Do I have to refresh my access tokens? What happens if I do not?

If you want to use the direct publishing feature, the simple answer is YES. We’ve already refreshed our tokens and believe us, it’s worth the try. Such a time saver ⏳ But if you really do not want to that, you will be able to use all features as it is, except direct publishing.

3) I’m getting invalid access token error when I want to publish to Instagram. Any ideas? 😞 

This error message means you are trying to publish directly to Instagram but you did not update your access token yet. Please be sure that you are already logged in to the related Instagram page and refresh access your token as in our article here.
