Beside all bugfixes, we are also aware of several issues to increase our customers’ satisfaction with our tool. You can see our latest improvements below:

• On Engage module, after every action like like, hide or delete our conversation window was resetting itself and it was annoying for our users. Now these kind of actions are not going to trigger refreshing the chat window and provide much more enjoyable user experience.
• The displaying problem on social profile and competitor logos on Publish, Engage, Report and Competitor analysis is now solved and every pages’ profile picture refresh itself periodically.
• Now you can export long period reports with monthly or weekly chart style. This was only daily before and providing non-efficient reports in long terms.

• Now you can listen conversations on the web and social media in Azerbaijani language.

• Country and rank information of sources are now provided in the Listen module.
