🥳 Beyond Beta - April at Sociality.io

Hey there folks 👋

Let me start with a quick question: Why did the back-end developer refuse to play hide and seek? Because he always preferred to stay behind the scenes, handling the database!

I'm Oktay, and for once, I didn't want to remain behind the scenes. So, here I am, stepping into the spotlight to present you with the latest updates and improvements we've made to Sociality.io in April.

Engage seamlessly: Use DMs to reply to X comments 💌

👀 What’s new?

From now on, not only can you monitor X (formerly Twitter) comments, but you can also reply to them via DMs with just one click. It's as simple as clicking the 'Send direct message' icon on the comment you wish to respond to. From there, a pop-up will appear where you can craft your message and engage effortlessly in private conversation with your audience.

🤔 What advantages does this update bring?

Reply to X comments via DMs signifies the convenience of fostering meaningful interactions with your audience. You can respond to comments by utilizing direct messages, nurturing a deeper connection, and promoting engagement on your platform. This feature streamlines communication, making it easier to connect with your audience in a more personal and direct manner.

We're happy to share some subtle yet impactful design touches to our Billing page design. With these modern and fresh touches, navigating your billing information is now more intuitive and visually appealing, providing you with a clearer and more user-friendly interface.

While mastering the art of managing your social media presence with ease is undeniably important, it's equally critical to ensure seamless coordination within your team. At Sociality.io, we understand this importance and wholeheartedly endorse it. That's why we've placed a strong emphasis on enhancing the design and functionality of the Users page under the Team menu on your Settings page.

🤔 What benefits can you expect from this update?

This update empowers you to effortlessly add new teammates, manage permissions, update roles, and more, all within a newly designed, intuitive interface. Our goal is to make team collaboration as smooth and efficient as possible, enabling you to focus on what matters most: growing your brand and engaging your audience.


The exportable conversations limit expanded to 10,000 in the Engage and Listen 🚀

We recently upgraded the limit of the exportable conversation, increasing it from 7,500 to 10,000 across two key features: Engage - Bulk Actions and Listen - Mentions. This enhancement means you can now analyze and manage an even larger volume of conversations, providing you with deeper insights and more opportunities to engage meaningfully with your audience across various social media platforms.

Blockwiz and their Sociality.io experience 🤝

Blockwiz, a crypto marketing agency, originated in Toronto in 2018 and has since evolved into a global operation; it specializes in meeting the unique needs of Web3 brands in the blockchain and crypto space.

We had a great meeting with Ashmat Khan, Brand Manager of Blockwiz, to witness how they are leveraging Sociality.io while managing their social.

  • General: Overall system and mobile updates successfully implemented.
  • Listen: Good news! The issue with report exports on the Listen module has been resolved.
  • Competitors: The missing data error affecting some Instagram competitor accounts has been resolved.
  • Publish: The issue with duplicate media errors when publishing Instagram Carousels has been successfully resolved
  • 2FA activation: Security first! We’ve resolved the issues with 2FA activation and QR code problems on the platform. You can now enjoy enhanced security without any hiccups.
  • Engage: The temporary issue affecting Twitter DMs has been resolved. You can now manage your DMs without any disruptions
